I have taken two college courses on Math XL, Pearson's products are terrible! Each time I was unable to activate midterms and final exams. I was told it was my computer, no true. I used 2 different laptops and a computer on campus! Pearson is ripping off students! Unacceptable that their company tells students they cant solve problems on their end because they are trying to update their program. It doesn't matter what level of IT support you get, they are unskilled! I just don't understand how Pearson cant fix flaws in their own product or get an employee skilled enough to SIMPLY open up an exam for a student to take! Also don't hold your breath waiting on a promised response, I have yet to get one or resolution. Now I am stuck taking a handwritten test on paper on campus...
