I purchased 12 pounds of rock and I never had any issues then I purchased 24 pounds of rock only 7 pounds of rock was shipped I have sent an email to the company every day for a week straight I can’t get a response or a refund I basically feel like my money was stolen!! Worst customer service of any website I have ever used I would not recommend anybody make a purchase from this company!!

No problems so far have ordered several times and it arrives promptly and the price is right. The rough I get is quality.

Customer service non existent. Ordered a pound of citrine to test in hope that they would be a new vendor. The citrine on the site was slightly larger than a quarter(shown with a quarter for reference and said to be 1/2" to 2"). I was sent 3 huge pieces which are of no use to me. I was specifically looking for the size advertised. Although the site says they "will make issue right" they won't even respond to my email. Had they responded and offered to at least to correct I might have even kept these and placed another order. Just awful. They don't allow reviews on their site or their facebook page speaks volumes.

Not very happy at all. I ordered 5 lbs of Black Tourmaline. It was not as shown in the photos at all. Barely any actual crystal formation. Just chunks. Wrote them an email, got told I didn’t order the right thing. I double checked myself. I had ordered the right thing as there was only one listing I could have ordered from of Black Tourmaline. So I returned the package. It was recieved I believe the 22nd. It is now the 29th and I still have not received my refund. And my emails have gone unanswered. I am still trying though.
