I found a scam ad for a 2011 John Deere 650J on their platform. Thankfully, I discovered it was a scam before any money was involved. Reported it to them with evidence. Got a polite response refusing any responsibility to take any action whatsoever. Not even to flag the ad as fraudulent! If they don't care any more than this about a scam ad on their site, what could you expect from them if a customer has a serious problem? I think I will take my business elsewhere, thank you very much! BUYER BEWARE! I would not give them any stars if that was an option!
