They have the most phenomenal (I would consider using a different word than “phenomenal” property managers.)

Our property manager handled everything during the move-out day. She also noted the termite damage and promptly scheduled an inspection. We were in between tenants and our new tenant was scheduled to move in soon. The pest control company had a two-week waitlist but our property manager convinced them to tent the house shortly before the tenant moved in.

We appreciate how she notified us about the bad news, and how she took care of it while still having time for the new tenant. We knew how busy she was but she still made sure that our property received proper care.

It was our first time dealing with tenant turnover. All of our concerns were met with concise answers. We had a pain-free process because of her. Overall, we are pleased that Luxury Property Care is managing our property. We feel like we can rest easy since our property is in good hands.
