I am living in the community for 6 years. I like my home, but there are a few maintenance repairs that I have requested that have not been attended.
You think it is possible if I could get the entire apartment painting, bathroom uplifted especaily the tub. I am requesting for upgrade carpet. Due too the high level of pollen this year. My granddaughter is suffering allegeries. The doctor told us to replace the carpet.
You think I can get the laminted floor in the dining area? Kitchen counter replace along with the bathroom. If possible These are my concern. My lease expires in October 2019.
If we don't get any results we will have too move out.
