Poor service. Internet was "down" more than it was up. Very unreliable. Towers are out very often, even when the weather is sunny and very little wind. Even though their service is down constantly, you are still charged for a full months service. Mine was finally reduced some after complaining almost weekly and demanding some type of compensation. Asked several other area customers if theirs was reduced and the answer was no.
Very hard to get hold of them. Most of the time when you call them you will get their "call" center and have to leave a message. You might hear back from them 3-4 days later if you're lucky.
Finally switched providers at the beginning of the year and my service has not been down since.
