While there are many free apps that offer this capability, I don't think any worth a damn are free.

I'm using since 2 years X13-VSA Pro whic is the best and is a real high accuracy and easy to use truth verification device.

Our review about the software:

This software is used by police departments across the world.

These systems are cheaper and easier to use and less constrained in their operation than polygraph technology. A simple and very useful software to us.

We are a European insurance company and need this X13 technology. The software captures the response and displays the change in the frequency in the voice of a subject under stress as a graphical representation on a computer monitor.

Voice Stress Analysis is a technique used to tell if a person is lying or not by making voice analysis. The X13-VSA software analyzes the stress level and other factors in the human voice.

VSA is used by the US Air Force/Military forces fighting against terrorism and as far we know, many federal agencies across the country using X13-VSA PRO Cobra. It is important to know that the VSA technology replacing the old polygraph by most law enforcement agencies.

There are also several independent studies regarding the accuracy of voice stress analysis from the US Air Force and several universities and all studies show the high accuracy of a VSA.

Because the above mentioned facts, we have decide to use the X13-VSA PRO cobra software which is very useful to our Police Department.
