I have been a member off and on in Latinamericancupid for over 5 years. I have in the past and some presently met some great women. The new management at the site is terrible from my point of view.

Recently the site changed there billing practices, and now auto rebills you, even if you are not aware of it. They automatically check the yes box for you, and do not disclose that to you. I was ready to leave the site, as I am tired of all the fake profiles, webcam models, and prostitutes, that I constantly report to the site. For the most part they take them off the site, but, they reappear under another false name almost always.

Getting back to their auto rebill process, I complained fiercely, but they don't care, and auto re-billed me for 3 months, as that was I originally had paid for the last time. If a person realizes they re-billed you, and even though you say no, they stick you for another 3 months. It should be a monthly basis, bue it should be a notification first. terrible business practice, and when I tried to complain, they don't even have a USA toll free number. If they are doing business in the USA they should have to have a 800 number in the USA. I used my own money to call Australia, and of course no answer. they expect to hide on the internet, and do all correspondence over the internet.
I am now stopping them from having access to my accounts at my bank, as well as going through the motions of false business practices, and sending information through my states district attorneys office. Maybe I can stop this business from ripping off future members.
My assumtion: They sold off their business to a operation that hides on the internet, and rips people off. Also, they make men pay for everything, and allow the women to join for free. That is why their are so many fakes on these sites.

I would stay clear if I were you. this site has changed unfortunately. Not a nice site anymore. SAVE YOUR MONEY
