I have noticed that the tech support team is well equipped with latest customer management tools and Koddos is using good hardware. Another great thing about Koddos Offshore VPS hosting is uptime. In fact no downtime.

Some of my sites are Drupal, so database speed is important. Running a wordpress site on Koddos is really, really fast. I have never had a problem since I signed up with them. It's good cheap hosting. The support is good and they always seem prepared to go out of their way to get things done. They are available 24/7 and responsive. They have helped me with many issues. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with them!

The incredible customer support is what keeps me with Koddos vps hosting. The team is professional. They're consistently innovating, adding new technology to their hosting, adding new staff with knowledge I can't even comprehend, all while staying "human". I was impressed by the availability of payment methods they offer. Nice additional features at cheap price - this is a great plus for their team.

Koddos folks are AWESOME! It's taken a number of you extraordinary patience and generosity to hear out my story of woe and help me get it fixed - and it is fixed! It started with one of their ITs, moved along to another expert, and finally ended up with the most professional one, and each of Koddos has been superb: kind, professional, polite, thorough, and above all, effective.

Particularly impressed with the live chat customer service support provided by Koddos.net - extremely helpful. Their pricing is also extremely fair, especially when considering their reliability, service and support. Decent amount of features and a really good knowledge base when you have questions.

If you are server is fast, if you are getting help in the time that means that you are with a good hosting provider. Koddos.net is a reliable host. More than enough for me. The support service is excellent... each time I had to contact for questions or information, I've received perfect answers in a very quick delay. Yes, everything is excellent. They helped me get things up and running quick, and I had most of my email and websites transferred over to their vps package in less than an afternoon (5+ sites total). Recommend Koddos offshore VPS solutions.

I opened a live chat session, and was connected immediatly. The support even went as far as to rebuild the modules needed for my script to be 100% positive the issue wasn't server-side only. In the end, we learned that many of the issues were related to permissions. It was this that showed me Koddos is more than a good VPS host. They're great. Fantastic even. Highly recommend them!

During the time I've been dealing with them, network uptime is perfect and when I had some technical questions, the support was always ready to assist. Koddos is the best available web hosting solution out there. They've been so good me, helping me setup Magento which would not run on my last hosting providers.

Glad to deal with them. Koddos is not only the most affordable offshore VPS web host out there, but the uptime has been great, and I'd say it has been over 99%, and my site hasn't gone down in months. I've been working hard these days on my website, so often have to upload and rest of stuff related to database, emails. Techs are very helpful.

Consolidating all my sites at Koddos Offshore VPS in Hong Kong was a great move for my business. Prior to that I allowed my clients to choose their own hosting company for sites I built. This was a major headache due to ftp issues, lack of control panel options, and in some cases, extremely poor customer service. If I ever get stuck or have questions, Koddos is very helpful. In short I am more than happy to recommend their solutions to you.

Transferred a domain and asp.net website with an internal WordPress blog and a branded short name domain to Koddos offshore VPS hosting provider. Over the course of several days, was repeatedly assisted by the support team, who were instrumental in getting everything up and running properly. Great service at a great price - what else can you ask for. Koddos has always been there with outstanding service and customer support. I have all my websites hosted with them and have since September 2021. Not only this host has very fast and reliable servers, but their Support has also always been top-notch. I haven't had to use technical service but everything else has worked as advertised.

I moved from another web host and to be honest I did not expect some major changes in the services. I have a few comments regarding Koddos offshore VPS hosting services. Support: I have used that several times and no delays, no downtime, no lost emails. Price: I wish they had cheaper services, but I can afford to pay them for it. Thumbs up to Koddos!

I cant say about Koddos prices since I havent looked at any other hosts, but worth every penny. Tech customer service is absolutely great. Not that you need to use it that often! But lightning quick replies and a very proactive, friendly, helpful attitude. One or two little glitches were remedied immediately and they are clearly dedicated to superior customer service.

Well, I've been with koddos for 5 months, hosting a school webpage, as you should know a School website requires a high traffic amount, we are hosting several platforms on it, including virtual classes, 400/600 visitors per day,the service has had almost no downtime.

Excellent customer support and overall the best experience I had since I purchased Koddos offshore hosting 4 months ago after reading the reviews here itself by googling. If there are any other problem, they will connect to the client machine through logmein account and they will fix it. So I am still very happy with them.
