I had to call and check on my order, i was told the skates I ordered were being shipped out the following day, this was a lie. I found out two days later when it took threatening to contact the BBB for them to return my messages. She made out like it was no big deal, like she didn't know the skates were on backorder (even though she told me they were being shipped). I canceled the order when she once again within the hour changed what she said about the shipping date, saying she wasn't sure when they would ship. Upon doing some research I discovered that the manufacturer has been out of the particular skate I ordered since last May!!!! No responsible retailer would not have known this. She should not have even been offering them on her site unless she had some already on hand given the circumstances!! The worst part is her attitude about the whole thing, like she didn't care, like how dare I be upset! Like she isn't responsible for trying to sell items she doesn't have access to!
