Excellent 5 day break for the money . The Chequers Plaza Hotel was clean good.
The staff, especially in the dining room were splendid and the food was good.
Had a laugh at the sign over the bath, " Please ensure Shower curtain is in side the bath when showering" Fine except the shower curtain JUST touched the rim of the bath. Excursions were good, at Liverpool and the Lakes, . Five hours at Bury market was TOO long, luckily the weather was O.K. General opinion on the coach was that 2-3 hours maximum there, then back to Blackpool for a look around the town.
All in all an enjoyable break.

I went on your coach to the lake district we stayed at a hotel in St Bees.
The hotel was not a good standard in as much there was no handle on the window I could push it open but had to put my finger into the hole to close it and I could not lock the window. I did go to reception to complain but was told there was no crime in area and nothing was done. We did not feel secure at all and if we had to claim on insurance the company would have said we were not covered as no lock on window.

Also the carpet in bathroom was dirty. Who has carpet in bathroom in a hotel.

Also on the day we were returning home the driver for some reason decided to go on the Barrow road to join the M6 it is a very bad road with lots of dips and turns which caused my husband to be sick. It is also the longest way round so cannot see why he went that way especially as he was late arriving south again . He knew that there were hold ups on the M6 so could have avoided more delay.

Another thing the Hotel has no sound proofing between the rooms and fiction room we were blasted out with music from a disco for kids I was not the only one to complain to reception again nothing could be done..

Because of this we will not be travelling with Just Go again as it spoilt the whole holiday.

I hope you will take note of this and rectify the matter.
