Since Australians have loved our furniture so much (returning year after year with family and friends), John Cootes managed to expand from one little store in Sydney to a chain of twelve.
As times changed we changed with it and sadly due to overwhelming online competition John Cootes saw an opportunity to transition from being an established bricks and mortar business to an all online furniture & homewares retailer.
With feedback from our customers we've refreshed our product collection and decided to expand our offering to include some more product lines we traditionally did not sell in our stores.
We believe in keeping the customary furniture & homewares business alive and so we now offer all of our products to all Australians, selling nationwide with delivery to your front door.
