I’ve been ordering from Jessa Kae now for months

EVERY piece fits true to size!!!!
Perfectly!!!
Great material, so comfortable & I ALWAYS get compliments!!!!!

I’ve got 10 dresses
4 skirts
4 jeans and denim overalls
And prob
40 tops in cotton, lace, thicker dressy materials!!!

Nothing was see through and every piece flatters my figure

I’m 44 years old and now worry about my imperfections. I’m s size 6 in women’s and 11/12 in juniors and I feel thin and curvy in every outfit!!!!
I love every shoe as well dressy high heels to shoe boots!!!!

I LOVE MY JESSA KAE OVERALL

EVERY TIME IM IN MY JESSA KAE CASUSL OR DRESSY CLOTHES I FEEL PERFECT AND BEAUTIFUL AND ESPECIALLY TRENDY!!!!!

I recently ordered a gift card for a friend’s birthday. I mistakenly put in the wrong email address, so I did not receive the gift card. I emailed Jessakae to let them know what happened and they sent a receipt for the gift card to the correct email. However they did not send the actual gift card again. I’ve emailed them several times since but I have yet to hear back on how to resolve the issue. I understand that putting the wrong email address in was clearly my fault but the lack of customer service and helpfulness and fixing the issue has been extremely disappointing. Now I’m out $50 and my friend did not receive her birthday gift. I will never order from the site again. Horrible customer service.

I purchased several dresses from them and they do not fit true to size. I also tried to return them and they did not honor my return request or even offer exchange for the items... I am stuck with almost 200$ worth of dresses I cant even wear. Disappointed and will not order from them again!

Since you didn't post your name I wasn't able to look up your order history and respond to you directly. For returns, we allow customers 20 days from the date they ordered to return their purchase (unless the item was on sale, in which case it's not returnable). We do offer free exchanges so if your not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can exchange it for something different. All of these policies are posted on our order packing slips, terms of service and faq. I've bought about ten dresses at this point and they are good quality and so flattering. I get nothing but compliments! Super fast shipping too.

Received my dress and it was so thin and see through! I paid 50 dollars, their return policy is only 14 days. Life got busy - travel - and I missed the short window. Now I have an unworn dress, and wasted 50+ dollars. Won't be ordering here again :(

Hey Jackie, sorry to hear that you're frustrated. We sell 100's of different collections in all shapes, sizes, and fabrics and some pieces are made sheerer than others. We do our best to communicate all of this information in the product description but sometimes it can get overlooked (you're welcome to email us before purchasing or talk to our live chat to get our personal advice on any specific piece).

Regarding the return period, which is 20 days from the date of purchase. Our policy for returns is in place not to detract customers from returning but instead to maintain a reasonable return period so that the item can be restocked. Received my dress today and was disappointed. Material see through and thin... there was thread coming off.. overall cheap and not even worth the $40. The positive reviews on Instagram and Facebook have to be people still shopping at forever 21.
