We've been paying for this software for almost a year with no break-even. There is virtually NO TRAINING or DOCUMENTATION. They have looong webpages of rambling paragraphs of how the program "works" and a "trainer" person you can email. But there is no overarching strategy on implementation. Nothing that guides you to have a COMPLETELY configured account. The only thing that seems to work completely was the autodraft to pay our monthly fees. We pay HUNDREDS of dollars per month for this and we have not collected enough to even consider ROI. The client interface is unattractive. The administrative interface is complicated. The "trainer" is a glorified support rep, asking what questions *I* have rather than knowing how to diagnose my account status and guide me. There were technical glitches (still unresolved) that were "to be resolved in the next few days" Our class schedules would not attach to student accounts (only fixed by a back-end hack to our database by their tech). Credit Card numbers *still* do not vault (it's been MONTHS). Current students who cross-enroll into additional classes do not automatically trigger new registration fees, nor does it notify admins. We just have new people 'show up' saying "we enrolled online" and we scramble to accommodate. I have to use the convoluted Advance Search feature tweaking single variables and examining the results to find these lost customers. This software is SO DISCONNECTED from itself internally that it makes my company look like we don't have our stuff together. I can't even reconcile how much LOST REVENUE is accounted for these glitches MONTH AFTER MONTH. All the while our fees are steadily collected FROM US by EZCAREONLINE/JACKRABBIT. We will absorb the lost money as a business expense, however I call it 'tuition' to the school of hard knocks. Do NOT make the mistake of investing in this software. Also, remember it is not a purchase; it is a lease. You don't own anything except the opportunity to pay monthly for access to your client data. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I can do more (for less money) with QuickBooks, an Excel spreadsheet, and an email form I looked up how to make on the web.
