**DO NOT BUY ONE!**
My spa has been leaking water since day 1. Confirmed with an independent certified repairman that this was a factory defect and that there was no other way a human could have caused the damage. Innovaspa refuses to cover it!

Please under no circumstances should you by this spa. Lousy customer service. Our tub is not even 2 years old. its been serviced twice. Now the mother board has to be replaced. Buy a Beachcomer hot tub we had one and it lasted 18 years and never had an issue. Very disappointed!!!!

I have has my hot tub for 3 years and had to replace the motor 400.00 and now the cover is falling in and I have it under a roof so its not like it has been exposed to the winters of Ohio ! not impressed at all !!

I am a dealer for innova spa sold 9 of them nothing but problems 4 of them the
shells cracked company in two years company will not stand behind them. jets cracking because did not put jet backs on pumps bad . I wound not sell this tub to anybody

Do not buy this hot tub ! we had nothing but trouble with it since new, now 3 years old , cover inside is totally gone and pieces of it fall in the tub. Now the pump is out and costs 4-5 hundred dollars plus shipping and labor. Local dealer in mishawaka indiana, has lousey service. called manufactor in canada ,no speak english. Very hard to find parts and when you do you have to refinance your house to buy them.
