IN911 is a statewide ESi-Net or IP network connecting all primary PSAPs throughout the state of Indiana. Its primary purpose is to deliver wireless 911 calls to PSAPs in Indiana. However the network has grown to include the delivery of text services (Text-to-911 and Text-from-911), IDACS, wireline 911, CAD, database and disaster recovery systems as the local 911 authority desires to use these services.
