I have been a customer of MileOne BMW since 2005. I just recently purchased my 5th BMW, and every step of the process exceeded my expectations. David Davila was extremely receptive to what I was looking for, and responsive with information, and updates on the ordering of my car. Anthony my finance person was efficient and very informative of all the optional after sale services available. Combined with the consistently outstanding service support by Melvin on Joe Diss's team I know my new wheels will be well taken care of.

Want to let everyone know what a wonderful experience it was to purchase our new Honda CR-V,at motorworld. I had the pleasure of working with Aaron Lenz and purchasing my new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Heritage Jeep in Parkville. I have to say Aaron was one of most pleasant and easiest Sale people I've ever had the opportunity to work with when purchasing a new vehicle. He was knowledgeable, upbeat and particularly patient while my husband and I took a few days to make a decision. Aaron was the primary reason we returned to Heritage to purchase our Jeep during the insanely busy holiday season. He will also be our sales person of choice when we return to replace/upgrade our Dodge truck in the future. Thanks Aaron....you Rock!

Today was a another one of my great experience at Hyundai in Towson
just when I thought it was no way out Jason Sponseceller ,Scott Brooks
and Ty Pearmon came to my rescue. Words cant explain how these guys
made me feel I will tell the world if you want a great car and good customer
service this is the place to go. Not to mention it wasn't a all day process
and excellent interest rates.I have purchase several cars there and I always
leave with a smile on my face. Once again THANKS AGAIN ONE MILE HERITAGE FOR ALL YOU DO FOR ME..
