I have spent nearly 30 minutes on this site looking for the so-called "patient portal," and I can't find it. For a site that's supposed to make it easy to find your own medical information, this site is a complete flop.
I can only imagine an older person with limited internet experience trying to find his or her information. This must cause extreme frustration.
As someone who knows something about Web design, I'd say whoever designed this site didn't do a very good job.
I have contacted the organization, and, perhaps, I will be told how to access the patient portal, but for now, it's a no go.
