I ordered a table that was supposed to arrive within 3 weeks. However, 4 weeks later I lost a day of work, had movers move twice (€445 each time for 4 people), reserved a lift and a location at the town hall.
They take me around and ultimately leave me without solutions despite all the written promises.$
I'm at €6400, I have neither table nor solution. I had an event on Sunday 3/12, I am devastated and completely destitute, they are now offering to reimburse me €4000 / €6400 in expenses, without any legal basis or even their conditions.
Run away !
J'ai commandé une table qui devait arriver sous 3 semaines. pourtant 4 semaines après j'ai perdu une journée de travail, fait deplacer des déménageurs à deux reprises ( 445 € chaque fois pour 4 personnes ), reservé un lift et un emplacement à la mairie.
On me balade pour au final me laisser sans solutions malgré toutes les promesses écrites.$
J'en suis à 6400 €, je n'ai ni table ni solution. J'avais un évenement le dimanche 3/12 je suis effondré et complétement démuni, ils me proposent désormais de me rembourser 4000 € / 6400 de dépenses, sans aucune base légale ou même de leurs conditions.
