Don’t fall for this. Prices seem great. When I received the product the packaging was comprised and in a different metric system. 2 pills were in one box. Continued on with administering the meds and a month later all of my dogs had fleas. Waste of money. Go to your vet.

I have been a customer for years now and I’m surprised at these bad reviews. Always receive my purchases and it comes (to US) pretty fast! Because it’s overseas my card always declines so I have to call them to do it manually and the owner is always happy to help me.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased Revolution Plus from H & H for my cats. I rescue animals and I needed a bit of a cost break so a friend recommended this site. I've been using this product through a prescription for years and thought to save a few dollars going through H & H. Well according to my vet the product is probably a fraudulent product and now one of my cats is fighting for her life with Bobcat fever because the product failed to work on fleas and ticks.

Been ordering Heartguard for 18 months thinking I was saving money and getting treatment for my dogs to find out that 1 of my dogs has heartworms and the product is FAKE.

It takes up to 12 months for a heartworm to mature to where it is readable on a heartworm snap test. That's will even tell you your dog can walk off the door and test positive for heartworm the next day after a negative heartworm test. Your dog probably had heartworm to begin with it just wasn't reading on the test yet but giving it heartgard didn't hurt your pet on the contrary it helped your pet. It killed off the microfilaria (heartworm larvae) that the adult heartworm produces every 21 days. Don't blame the product or the seller

Waste of money, medication is fake. After waiting longer then reasonable, my dogs got no relief when given Comfortis. When I got from vet instant relief, been giving it for years. It's messed up. I told alot of people about hoofanhound and not needing a prescription, now I'm warning them not to take the chance. I'm 98percent sure they are fakes.

Will Never order again!! They use DHL as delivery and this company is unethical! Lost my package then 9 days later put a false scan saying it was delivered 9 days earlier. It had not been showing anything but with the driver all along. I am out the money! I tried contacting hoofanhound numerous times with no response! So they are not any better in customer relations….

where is my order 134705 was ordered April 16 and no indication that it is in route to me.
Do I have to contact Pay Pal for refund,not a happy customer right now no follow up by your staff so far just waiting..................................

Hi! Did you ever receive your product from them? I recently made a $75 purchase from them and they sent a shipping confirmation but USPS says a label was created but it wasn't in the system yet. It has been over a week and I am getting a little worried that my hard earned money is gone. Thanks for any info you can give!

I have been with them a year. They take about 4 weeks. So, preplan. I have had no problem with their products. After reading other sites of other vendors, I hope i can keep having the same product I have had. Yes, mailing is long, but $ is ok. beats vet i cannot afford.

BEWARE!!
I ordered from their website, received no receipt or shipping information, but they sure did charge me right away (plus an extra fee that was not disclosed at time of ordering)! I tried to contact them by the email listed on their site, enquiries@hoofanhound.com, twice. I aso tried hoofandhound@ just in case. Nope, bounced.
Now I'm wondering if my cat will even receive his medicine. I'm not sure whether these people are total scam artists and my money is gone, or whether they just have extremely poor business practices.
I also found the same meds $10 cheaper on budget pet care, so there really is NO point in bothering with Hoof And Hound.

Haven't received my order for Heartgaard and it's been over a month. Have had trouble
in the past as well and now I'm out the money.
They claim it is shipped via air but then why does it take over a month to get the stuff
if at all. Tracking it didn't work either. Guess I'll have to get it at the vet.

I have used hoofanhound for several years, this year is the only time I’ve had any problem with them. I ordered 5 seresto collars like I always have, but this year after reading about all the fakes online I decided to have Bayer check them out. I sent pictures of the container and collar to them and they are fake. I will never use them again, I paid over $200 for fakes. You might want to check out your products as well.

This is the best place to order my pets' flea/tick and heart worm medications. Great prices and I don't have to pay a $65 vet bill. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure my order is taken care of. He's even called me personally to make sure I was satisfied. I've used them for several years so I know I can trust them.

been buying from H & H for a few years but I'm worried the meds. are not as strong as the USA one :-( Fleas & Ticks are still on my 4 dogs & 2 cats :-( yes the Prices are great but if not 100% "pure" then it is Not a Good Deal :-( you know......u get what u pay for!!

I'm sorry you're having this terrible result. I've used them for years and was actually referred to the company by my vet. I wonder if there is a fake H&H website that is luring people in. I do hope your cat has recovered.
