Grant Homes was founded in 1996 by brothers Carey and Kevin Grant continuing a family tradition that goes back over 60 years in the Memphis area. Carey and Kevin are third generation builders that followed in the footsteps of Milton Grant, their Father, and Carl Grant, their Grandfather. The Grants have built hundreds of homes, developed hundreds of residential lots, a Hotel, Shopping Centers, and multiple apartment complexes. They have a long history in the Midsouth that will continue for many years to come.
