Very bad customer service. we bought an online version of the program and now it has stopped working. we can't get hold of anyone who can help us and we don't get answers to our emails.

Horrible quality. The box will need to be changed every 1.5 to 2 years. The cost of a new box and subscriptions is well more than what it should be. Don’t buy it.

The customer service of glwiz is really terrible. Waiting for 10 minutes before someone answered the phone. No answer to my question, so I was diverted to someone of the technical service. After 45 minutes waiting, I gave it up.
They are only after your money. If you have a problem with receiving the live channels they will not do anything for you.

Purchased a box for my elderly mother almost 4 years ago. The y said it is good LIFE TIME .
We can’t use it beacause the decided not to update the box that we purchased for almost $ 400.
How nice of you to steal old peoples money and lie.

Every 5 minutes it freezes, very poor quality. And customer service doesn’t just try to justify the poor quality All other apps are working like Netflix or Amazon means it’s not internet problem

Very poor quality signal! They blame it on the poor internet speed and yet we watch our cable and other apps with no problem. I think they over subscribed and quality of the service has the least priority. This has been going on for the last two years with my service.

I'd give NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could. Non-existent customer service, excessive ads on everything, & absolute horrendous system. The old system was far superior, but of course, they had to ruin it.
DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

This is a waste of money, and do not buy it. All the problems that has been listed above is true, but on the top of that, you have to pay for subscription, for every TV in your house, so if you want to have a capability to watch the programs in your living room, and then as you are getting ready for bed, see the program on your TV in the bedroom, then you have to buy two different subscriptions. Their excuse is that we can't support multiple platform at this time. This is just an excuse. I am a software engineer, they can very easily flag your router IP address, and allow any device that is connected to this IP address to have access to the GLWIZ.

%100 agreed, awful and unsatisfactory. Unlimited box is a lie. I purchased 2 boxes and later on When the new box came out, the stopped my box. They were forcing me to buy a new one. They said the new technology doesn’t support the GL-60 box !! If it’s true, they should replace them with no cost. Their ex-worker told me your box was OK but these are their tricks to make more money.

I bought unlimited plan and they said forever, then suddenly it stopped saying unexpected error call this number, so I called and the customer service agent said your device is discontinued you have to buy a new version with new subscription which is $204 and $100 for yearly subscription, with a bad attitude,
DON’T EVER BUY ITS WASTE OF MONEY

I bought a smart TV subscription. It keeps disconnecting, almost doesn't work and customer service is almost zero. I asked them to cancel my subscription but received no answer. It is for sure a waste of money.

I bought a web subscription. Extremely poor. late load, full of interruption, close to zero customer service. They just take the money and provide no service. Never buy from them

The reason that I am giving this terrible product "one" star is there no less than it. It's simple and fast: Do NOT waste your money with purchasing any kind of account from this awful TV channel. It's unreliable, full of disconnection, slow and poor customer service.

Either provide the service or stop taking the customers money. We have change 2 Apple TV boxes and twice changed our internet service and still nothing. They never admitted to have any problem on their side and our equipment and internet was blamed for poor or no service. They are only trying to sell the GLwiz box for more profit. We have disconnected our subscription today. It is waste of time an money at lease I do not have to call and wait an hour and 45 minutes.
Overall I do not recommend their services.

GL wiz used to be a great site to view Turkish movies but recently I have lost my trust in GL Wiz and after they made me buy a box for over $100.00 because they said smart TV will not show the Turkish movies, now it’s over 3 weeks and after buying the box, the shows have stopped and they have no clue when it will get fixed. THiS IS NOT customer service and I am sure, soon they will loose many customers if this not get fixed

Horrible customer service. Send the box that is faulty and does not work out of the box, send it back and they claim they are out of stock to send me another one. after being on hold for over an hour I had to call back to be on hold and no supervisor to talk to. The answer I got was that they do have any box in U.S warehouse! why not send it from Canada? They got the money from me but now that is time to replace it and I Have not even use it once, You don't have one to send the replacement for me and you don't know when you will be able to do that? What does that mean?

I second Maryam's experience. I would give GLWiz zero stars if that were possible. We bought a GLBox 470 for my parents, with "lifetime" subscription that stopped working all of a sudden. Called their Support line, and found that to be a frustrating waste of time. What GLWiz has done is that they have sent a firmware update to working receivers and turn them into a ""brick" (i.e., making them non-functional). Their solution is that the customer either buys another receiver, or pays a subscription for their online app. This is not a company that is operating ethically and is behaving in bad faith towards its customer base. We now have an expensive brick sitting next to our TV that shows all greenLEDs for its indicators, but is not receiving programming simply because GLWiz has chosen to exclude it from receiving content. To be clear, the receiver would have worked fine with the previous firmware, but was intentionally updated to prevent it from working. I will be reporting GLWiz to Texas and California BBB and recommend others do the same in their respective states.
