I was sucked into buying a deal off dailydo - $275 for $6700 worth of hair removal treatments for upto 4 areas over 6 months. LEDA EPI - Air blowing machine.

Hair removal is very very different to hair reduction. I have brown skin with medium/fine hair. On my first visit the consultation was quick 5 minutes before the treatments began. The beautician reassured me that they had the best laser machines available. I was told to shave the treated areas up till the last treatment and that by the end of it I should see a 90% reduction. Shaving makes all the hairs grow back coarser and faster but the folicle needs to stay in to be treated. I was told to sign a clause protecting the company from damages such as burns on the client, gurantee, responsibility etc. The Beauticians used the lasers everytime with out wiping and make up off my face or cleaning the laser heads. I had no idea laser removal stung quite a bit and what I was in for. Any how I got the the sides of my face, chin and upper lip, under arms and lower legs done. The first 4 months I saw around 20% hair reduction. I then complained to the manager I needed to see more results with the last 2 treatments cause a $6700 price tag was over selling. The manager changed the machine and told me if this works I would another deal for the same price rather then paying full price and get new set of treatments. The last 2 treatments with the new machine left me severe burns along the side of my legs and chin. On the very last visit I told the staff they just shrugged it off saying nothing much can be done about it. On my last visit I told the manager despite the burns it was slightly working and I would be happy to buy another voucher perhaps but they had to do something about the burns. I was told whoever promised me another voucher for treatments has left the company and they definitely will not be offering me the same. I will have to pay full price for treatments. They also said these deals cost their company more money then making money and they will NEVER run these deals again. The manager told me she would talk to the owner and see if they could work out anything and email me back. Never heard from them. It's not my part to follow up unsatisfied customers for any company. On Dec 6th 2012 I saw grab-one running another vein removal deal just 3 weeks after my last visit. I was lied to completely.

I left extremely disappointed and disheartened.

After 6 treatments and only around 40% hair reductions at a promised price of treatments of up to $6700 and burns they have got to be kidding me to try get more money out of me. It's been 3 months since the treatments finished and I have much much more hair growing. I have since consulted diploma qualified therapists medically working to reduce hair and they were shocked at the over priced scam I was sucked in to for very very little results. They were more so shocked at the rate the hair grew back and more of it. I was told to seek legal advice around the lack of professionalism, false advertising, over promising and lack of care.

This is by far the worst clinic I have been to. I'm happy to post this review to the clinic and all the sites promoting this company.
