I had a bad experience with Ginzola Web design. From the website I thought they were an established company. It turned out to be one developer renting a desk in an office. When I met the owner (Daniel Fletcher) he seemed very professional and friendly so I decided to give him the work. He did the work on my website and everything seemed ok. However several months later I needed some maintenance on the site. I have friend who's a developer in a company and he agreed to do it for me. After looking at my site he said that it was a nightmare a complete hack. He said that because it was very badly designed, maintenance would be difficult going forward. The analogy I'd make is if a builder does some work on your house and you discover later that he's cut every corner possible. My friend said that the logins on my site weren't even encrypted. If someone managed to get access to the site they could read off the emails and passwords of all my customers! This against data protection laws! I decided to get it looked into by a bigger company. They had to do extensive work on my site to correct the mistakes made by Ginzola. The lesson I learned. Avoid Ginzola and go with a more professional outfit. Read reviews of the company and if necessary pay a little more to get the work done properly - it will save you money in the long run!
