A giganet salesman visited my property on the 12th February, I am on 3 months sick leave post surgery. My daughter (20), home from uni to care for me was caught on the doorstep, wet in a towel, by a salesman. She explained that she didn't live there and that I, the bill payer, was recovering in bed. I also shouted down the stairs that I wasn't interested and to please shut the door. He continued to push and after nearly 40 mins of politely shivering she gave him her email address for him to send her details of an offer. She never got any further correspondence.
On Saturday 12th March, a month later, he put through a false order. Again, I am the bill payer and I received absolutely no correspondence or contact.
Giganet had my service of 6 years with TalkTalk disconnected and I have been left with no internet for 3 weeks. This means I have no internet or TV whilst housebound.

Their complaints procedure is non existent, I filed as per their procedure, received confirmation emails addressed to my daughter, nothing else for weeks and now they've just emailed to say the case is closed. I have had no interaction with a human, just auto response emails.

As with everyone else who has given 1 star...I was supposed to be connected on 2nd June 2023 but after 9, yes you read that correctly 9 engineer visits and countless emails and phone calls and texting I am still not connected!!! It's now 11th August 2023 and I've come to the conclusion that this company is a cowboy outfit!!! As you will see they love to show how responsive they are on social media (just read the other reviews that have received replies saying we want to help you) yet it does not take 2 and a half months!!! to plug a cable in at the exchange box which connects the hub on the street (they don't even need to enter my property as they have done all of that part three times over)!

Be warned they talk the talk but they don't deliver!!!

I look forward to the reply saying we are here to help, lol!!!!!!
