I recently purchased a 15 cm personalised charlie bear from gift pup. The package was received two days after. When we opened the parcel, we found that the bear was faulty and was unsatisfied with the result- we then emailed customer service and received a rapid response almost instantly from a lovely lady named Jules. She then immediately forwarded the email over to the production team along with the order number and photos of the bear. Within a couple of hours from sending the first email and liaising with Jules we received a final email to say that they were to send a replacement. We received the replacement top the following morning free of charge!

Overall brilliant customer service followed with rapid response! Thoroughly impressed with service, would definitely purchase from them again.

Massive thank you to Jules and the Production team.

Seems that the web site can not work any more? When I open it we found Error 403 reported.

Absolutely appauling! Customer service is abysmal, when saying my photo cushion would arrive within 1-3 days, 16 days later I am emailing them and the only response I got was

'at busier times it can sometimes take longer'

Not even an addressing on the email, literally the one sentence. Not a dear madam or anything like that.

I am beyond disgusted with this company and will never use again! EVER!


Would honestly give this a 0 star rating if that was permitted.

Although the product I received was good quality the information displayed on the website is very very misleading. On the website it said "dispatched within 48 hours" and I also paid for next day courier service. So when I placed an order on a Wednesday at 11:29am, I expected it to be posted on the Friday and arrive on the Saturday. It did not actually arrive till the Tuesday - three days after I expected it and not how it was advertised on the website. On phoning customer service I was told "it could up to three days" and "don't deliver on a Saturday". It took over 3 weeks to get a response from customer service and only after I prompted them and the response was cursory at best. Customer service for this company is abysmal and verging on rude.

I have paid £30 for Cufflinks and Delivery of the product but I haven't received it yet. It has been 15 days already. They say we are not responsible for the delivery.

They have a clause in their Terms - 'If the product(s) you have ordered do not arrive within 28 days of placing the order, 3P Direct Ltd (t/a GiftPup.com) except no liability unless you have informed us by email during this period.'

Poor Customer Service. I DO NOT recommend this website.

I have never in my 25 years of shopping online come across such a FABULOUS customer service experience. I had a small issue with my received product and David sorted it out with professionalism and speed which has just astonished me and my husband. My email was answered promptly the matter discussed and replacement within 24 hours and I am not in mainland UK.
I have had such poor CS throughout my purchasing lifetime that when problems occur you sort of think ,, " here we go ..." and gird your loins ready for a length battle OH MY GOODNESS not with this company.
I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ENOUGH cheaper than other customised cushions I looked at and the quality of product is exceptional. I ordered a present our dog on a cushion for my mum ( shea dores him)thinking well it is cheap enough probably made of flimsy material but hey it is a wee quirky funny gift and she will love it. The cushion that arrived was fantastic quality, thick, soft suedette, fantastic material and plump filler, I was quite gobsmacked. WELL DONE GIFTPUP and I will be looking to incorporate more of these fun but emotional gifts into my buying. THEY OVERDELIVERED IN PRODUCT AND SERVICE - a first for me I must say

This site is fantastic. The shipping prices are low, the production costs are low. This will now be my go to website for custom printed items. I recommend giftpup to all! Great quality products!
