My younger brother has some serious issues with alcohol and gambling. He's been working through things however for the last 5-6 months with the team at GIDI and so far he's really come a long, long way. As far as I know he's completely stopped the drinking and has only gone back to gambling one time after a bad fight with his (now ex) girlfriend.

I'm so glad the therapy has been making a difference. He used to be so happy and fulfilled and it's so good to see him become a bit more like that again. I really look forward to seeing him once the gambling is a distant memory and I know with the help of the Angus and the others at GIDI it is going to happen eventually. Therapy is never a quick process however, so I'm not holding my breath but so far things are looking up. My parents are so please with his improvements recently too. Thanks GIDI!
