We booked with Gibtaxis.com a "luxury air-conditioned" car for our wedding. We were in contact over a number of weeks and had arranged (as promised on the web site) to have them also perform photography and witness duties. After handing over our debit card details the emails suddenly stopped, and on the day they not only failed to arrive (our wedding was meant to be at 10 am so had booked to be picked up by 9:40) until we had made multiple calls they arrived at 10.15. In a grubby, shabby smelly saloon car- we had booked for a party of 5 so after much upset we had to cram us all (illegally) into the car crushing my wedding dress. To add insult, the air-conditioning in the car was "broken" and the (rude and sullen) driver refused to close the window destroying £80 worth of hair styling and the driver was not the photographer we had been promised and arranged so we have no nice pictures of our wedding other than phone pictures. Gibtaxis single handedly ruined my wedding day and are not only incompetent, but also miss-represent their services and standards significantly and I wouldn't want another Bride's day being ruined like mine, so anyone who may be considering using this company to get them to their wedding or provide other wedding services please be warned and avoid at all costs.
