Do Not waste your money or time on this company. They do not answer the phone or return calls. I tried for over 4 months to get a hvac person to come to my house and the company never found one. I tried for over 4 months to get payment on a roof repair done on my house and I called and called but no answer. I left messages and no return call either. I finally emailed the supervisor contact on their website and still a delayed response. Then my warranty came up for renewal. Boy they were quick to call me then and email and send me renewal info in the mail. Well they received an earful via email. 2 months later for a total of 5 months it took to receive reimbursement for repairs and still no callback from anyone including Andrew who finally called questioned my hvac service which never got done. No renewal for this company. I just saw this company's ad on tv and I thought I would share my horrible experience with the world. Please don't waste your money or time. I had no other choice to leave a one star review to post this message. Otherwise, this company deserves a zero.

I currently have American Home Shield and their service, quality of contractors, and response to questions and repayment has become incredibly poor. AWS quote was double what I pay for AHS

As a former service, repair and remodel contractor, I alerted MANY homeowners about these plan companies for years. This is just another. If your "plan" is total coverage for say 100 dollars a month, that's 1200 dollars a year. The odds on a failure per year is low, so they win in the long run/ Say your disposal fails, and they replace it. Be swure of the quality of what they furnish, especially if yours was a high quality one. I would on a service call 99% of the time sell you a better one and explain why, and it would most likely cost you around 200 dollars parts and labor. They will replace "free"? but have a small service charge besides parts and labor? What else is there? 100% of the time when I saw a receipt for a call by them, the "part" would be listed no charge, so you don't know it's value, and the service fee would be the parts price. SO you pay say 165.00 "service fee" plus the 1200 a year, they are now into your pocket for almost 1400 dollars with one visit.
