Very poor customer service. Our site was hacked and he blamed us. Customer emails do not work (originally he had actually put a different companies details)!
Once handed over, there is next to no help, or he just doesnt care! Website is so complicated to use/adjust/list and very dated. We are having to pay and have a completely new site built because of this company! Use at your peril!

Very disappointing service all round.
After having the site installed no further help was offered i was left with a non functioning t shirt design studio, emails went unanswered and still have been.
Ive still not gotten the ftp details despite countless attempts at contact
Fontmark uses FREE OPENCART SOFTWARE and you can do everything he offers you for £50 yourself using opencart (free) decent webhosting and domain (£50) as soon as you have those your be in the same position fontmark dumps you. ecept youd have saved some cash!
Very disappointed as now im having to pay a real company to sort this for me
