I paid for 3 months of classes and on the 3rd month was unable to attend because of a medical condition. I contacted the company to see if there was a way to make up the 3rd month, since it was already paid for. The lady I spoke with could not be more rude. She told me multiple times in a short conversation that she was too busy to help me and that the only way that it would even be possible to make up the class is if it came out of the instructors paycheck! If you are too busy to speak with a paying customer then this is no longer a place that I want to support. I have yet to receive a phone call back.
