After purchasing 2 rebuilt racks from another company I decided to bite the bullet and purchase a brand new one from Flaming River {at 3x the price of rebuilt one]. When installing rack the yoke was different on steering shaft. They change it so you have buy additional parts, not only that but pipe on other end is different also!! so you have to buy that too!! [ that's their catch so you have to use their additional parts] BUT they don't tell you that when your ordering it !! When new rack was installed it lasted about 2 minutes and fluid all over the place. Upon inspection one of the lines HAD NOT EVEN BEEN CRIMPED!!!!!! They said" it could not have happened because these are run and tested " {GREAT QUALITY CONTROL HUH] I sent pictures and they agreed it wasn't crimped. They sent me a new line and they promised compensation but all I get is run around!!! Have talked to 3 different people and now they wont even talk to me. keep passing the buck, 3 weeks of promises and NOTHING....
