I've sent 4 separate pairs of Solo HD's to these guys now because of my clumsy family's insistence on breaking every pair we have. Mr Edward's gave us a significant discount for sending them in in bulk and they all came back in perfect condition. I'd definitely recommend.

Suspect I've been scammed by Stefan Edwards too. Sent my wireless headphones that had a cracked headband (a common problem, according to the website, that can be fixed). After sending the headphones I was told that the damage was not repairable but that I could part ex my headphones as Stefan could use my old ones for parts. Stefan has since sent me two faulty pairs of headphones, the latest quite scuffed and worn. I've been a mug to trust him, but would warn anyone else not to.

I sent them a pair of Beats MIXR headphones and they came back with a vital piece missing and when i've tried to resolve this with them, i get someone called ... making snide remarks about the house i live in and my career choice. He is angry because I said that the piece missing is important enough to make the headphones un useable and his response was to tape them up. For a company specialising in Beats headphones, the repair and the person repairing are well sub-par and I don't recommend taking your business to them.
They even tried to bill me twice, I received an invoice for £73 then another the day after i payed asking for £68, which was handed off as a "mistake with another customer"
Now he's refusing to send me the parts that were missed out and has instead said that he will hand deliver them within the next few weeks.
