I paid $397.00 to them on 28/12/2019 and still waiting for confirmation of
payment, receipt and login details. Sent several emails with no reply. Going to phone my bank now to see if I can recover my payment.
Maybe they might read this and contact me and offer a refund as I haven't had a cents value from my subscription yet. I sincerely hope they turn out to be genuine and I can write something positive about the company.

i signed up on the same day however i as trying to sign up for the $297 price that was offered. When I wrote to them to cancel or refund difference they never responded. I emailed Ron directly as well as their car email with absolutely no responses which tells me they want my money but will not assist me in any way! The 2 trades they said were guaranteed to win the next few months are down over $1800 and going lower. Horrible company to deal with I would never recommend them.

clarification. When I signed up expecting the $297 it was $397 and charged as such, the $297 price was and is still today being offered so I wanted that price. now having never loged into their web site just want them gone from my life!

Can't say enough positive things about Financhill. If you're a value investor, they have a fair value calculator that instantly shows you upside and downside.

As a chartist, I like the easy interface that stores my settings automatically without me having to click lots of buttons to save them.

Lots of screeners, like a covered call screener, seasonality screener and stock ratings. If you were to go buy a covered call screener somewhere else it would cost probably $50 a month or $600 a year.

I got a special deal but still, I paid less than that for about 20x more tools.

Other places I've paid $1,000 a year for newsletters which they throw in as part of the deal too.

Friendly staff from my experiences, always fast at replying, even on weekends. What's not to love!

Financhill is like a one horse buggy that provides almost similar canned writeups for each stock searched.

There is little 'meat' there except for the ratings, almost all of which seem to be a recommended buy,

You could enjoy quite a few good meals or throw a party with the 'non-refundable' $495.00. Consider all of the other ratings available on line and the TDAmeritrade Investtools provides much more viable and indepth information for the average user - it includes a daily digital newspaper version akin to the Wall Street Journal with realistic and beneficial research and ratings.

Or, drive down a busy street and distribute bills or change to make many people happy rather than donating it to Financhill.

Based on my experience, online services fall into two categories. Those that are good are cheap because they make their money from large volumes. The workload remains the same whether you have 10 subscribers or 10,000,000. Those who offer shady services are expensive, because their subscribers do not renew. The first subscription is also the last one. So they charge as much as they can the first time. Another red flag is when they offer large "savings" for longer subscriptions.

You fall into the second category. If I am mistaken, it is not my fault. You check both criteria. You need to reconsider your marketing strategy. Your seven days trial (which is actually 5 trading days) is not enough; change it to one month. A better idea is to reduce your price to $30 per month, cancellable at any time. That shows that you are confident of the value of your product. There are too many traps in your offer that makes customers wary of your service.
