I recently tried ordering some catalytic converters from their "sister company" dealerdirect.com (11/09/12 over the phone) and after giving my VIN and the part number that I was looking for, I was told by a guy named "Billy" (guy seemed sketchy and probably not even his real name) that the part number I was looking for was wrong. He then told me to call everythingnissan.com and ask for a completely different set of part numbers. When I called everything nissan, guess who picked up?! The same disrespectful and useless customer service rep named "Billy". I then got off the phone with him and looked online at other OEM nissan parts dealer as well as the official nissan usa parts dealer for the part numbers he gave me. They were definitely not the parts I needed. I called "Billy" back at the number for everythingnissan.com (866-464-5727) and told him that there was a discrepancy in the part numbers as well as a difference in the diagram on their website and he told me that the diagram was not accurate to my car. I told him that they need to fix that then because all the right information was posted for my car (even with the VIN # entered). "Billy" then proceeded to get upset and tried to convince me that the parts he was telling me were the right ones. I started to get annoyed when he couldn't even tell me what their return policy was so I asked to talk to his supervisor. He then told me that "the supervisor isn't in today". Okay... "When will he be back?" I asked. "Next Monday". I continued to ask "what time next Monday?!" He then followed that up with, "Look buddy I'm trying to help you here... You have to understand that this is what I do all day and what we specialize in. I'm looking at the catalog and there is absolutely no other part that you might be talking about!". Some help that idiot was... I decided not to order the part from them because clearly this guy wasn't trustworthy.

First, he wasn't all that familiar with my car (2002 Nissan Pathfinder). When I asked him specifically for the two FRONT main catalytic converters, he gave me the part numbers for the two REAR ones that are inside the front tube/ resonator. Not only that, but he also tried convincing me that based on his "catalog", there is absolutely no other catalytic converters in my car but the two dwelling inside the front tubes. And this was even with him having my VIN #!!. Had he taken the time to be familiar with my car, he would've known that my car has 2 front catalytic converters attached between the exhaust manifold and the front tube, as well as 2 back catalytic converters that are indwelling in the front tubes making it a total of FOUR twc, not two!!

Secondly, he was very hesitant about their return policy and couldn't even give me an honest cost for shipping. When asked what their shipping fees were, he pulled out of his ass.."Umm... $20" Not only that, but when I asked him what their return policy was (i.e. re-sellable, or w/in 90days, etc..) He hesitated and mumbled, "Umm.. yea, you can return it" This guy is the worst customer service rep I've ever dealt with over the phone. I'm glad I didn't order the parts from him. They were no doubt the wrong parts regardless of how much he insisted. Not to mention that I wouldn't have been guaranteed that I would be able to return the parts.

I STRONGLY advise not ordering parts from these guys. They don't care that there websites aren't up to date and they don't care about customer concerns for getting the exact part. They will argue with you that the part they want to sell you is the part that you need and not give you the peace of mind that you can return it if needed. There are so many other reputable OEM parts dealers online that are professional.
If this post doesn't scare you enough not to order from "BIlly", then you should at least do your own research before calling everythingnissan.com. Worst customer service experience ever!!
