Euroview glass is the worst service I have ever experienced. They are contracted by Home Depot for Minneapolis area. Their quote was very reasonable compared to others. But what made us choose them was that they said they can do it in 1 and 1/2 weeks. We first approached Home Depot on 5/3/16. We didn’t have a door installed even by 7/8/16 and we had to eventually cancel. First they took the measurements wrong and reorder the glass. Then they realized they forgot to get the holes drilled for towel bar and had to reorder the glass. Third time they were planning on doing it, but they couldn’t accommodate our schedules, because they were “taking the day off”. We really got frustrated with the whole experience. The guy who runs the operation, Eric, is very sloppy. He doesn’t care if your work is messed up. And he doesn’t care if the customer is willing to cancel because of the poor service. They have a customer care in Illinois and they are not nice to deal with. Home Depot customer care tried multiple times to reach him, but they were not able to get any responses from him. They told us that they will not be able to refund our deposit because we were past their refund deadline, even though they haven’t installed any glass. We were not happy about that and ready to go to BBB. But, after canceling (after 9 weeks since we first contacted Home Depot), we did get our deposit back. In the mean time we had to get hotel rooms for our parents who were visiting us over 4th of July weekend. We could have totally avoided that $330. We started looking at 4 more contractors, got them over to our house for measurements, got the quotes, finalized on one guy, hired him, ordered the door and got it installed - all within 2 weeks. We should have gone with this guy - Travis Stevens Decorative Glass, LLC (travisstevensdecorativeglass.com) - in the first place. He did it for even $200 cheaper, threw in the towel bar for free and didn't even ask for deposit. I will not recommend these guys at all.
