Unlike the other review, I likethat they have lots of online instruction. I haven't had much need for it, as I'm pretty savvy with these kinds of things and I don't typically use a webmail interface.

However, the process of moving another email account over is frought with problems. I am on my second migration attempt for two of my three email accounts. None of the three migrated correctly either. One is going to be "acceptable" since I don't think they are capable of anything better.

One email account migration only resulted in about 30% of the messages reaching the emailpros account. No folders were migrated other than the inbox. In addition, any email sent longer than 6 months ago is now automatically dated as having been sent 6 months ago.

Another email account came over without the sent folder, but the other folders migrated. It also has the same problem of having all emails older than 6 months with the same date.

The "acceptable" account has all emails migrated in all folders, however, anything sent or received more than 6 months ago is dated 6 months ago.

I was happy with my old email host, however, they would not sign a Business Associate Agreement.
