DO NOT waste your time or $$ with this company! They are TERRIBLE!!! Had my printer 6months and had to send it back for repairs. I have been dealing with Gina and she is a NIGHTMARE. She NEVER communicates with me. I literally have to blow her up with emails and I’m lucky to hear something once a week. They have had my printer 2 weeks already and won’t even give me a ETA on when I will get it back. And they claim it needed a new capping station but it was actually showing it was a sensor issue.( that was what it was showing on my WIC)
This company is TERRIBLE!!! Stay away from them!

Do not buy from DTGPRO! I spent $4000 on a new printer setup and the printer never worked from day one. After several calls and emails I finally got connected to support only for them to tell me that I had to purchase replacement parts to fix it. Over $600 after I already spent $4000. I have called multiple times to try to talk to a manager only to be told he would call me that day and he never does.

I bought the DTF oven, its already completely stopped working 4 months after receiving. The same person is answering the customer service line, the tech line AND sales line when you call their phone number?? STRANGE. Also why will NO ONE call me from tech support? I've had a service ticket in for 3 weeks now and literally NO ONE will call. They sent me a fuse to "fix" my oven, with no clear instruction's. The wiring in my oven doesn't even match the wiring in the "instruction" video they sent. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

DTG Pro is also known as Corporation Toner and also East Group LLC. We bought a printer in February 2022 it didn’t come until May and it is the wrong printer. As a matter of fact the printer they sent is a Chinese made Erasmart Printer and they start at $2200 and are horrible. I ordered a DTG Pro Max for $8809. When we complained it didn’t work wanted to return we were out of warranty. When I went online to watch videos because their training isn’t training it’s them downloading a program onto your computer only. Long story short it isn’t even what we ordered and they tried to tell us they specially made it for us that’s why it doesn’t look the same. All lies. During an email exchanged my we were called freaks and they needed to get rid of us. When you look up East Group LLC it takes you directly to BBB. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS FRAUD.
