Reliability, pricing and performance are the best we've seen in 5 years of hosting with other web hosting providers before that. The very few times we had questions, Datapacket's technical support has been very prompt in responding and always looking into and understanding the problem, not just bouncing back canned replies as many other companies do. I like their control panel, Plesk is absolutely a must have for people who don't want headaches when upgrading their blog software! Recommended!

Recommend DataPacket hosting solutions. I have no technical knowledge therefore can not say anything about their servers, network, etc. However, I can say something about the people - the owner of the firm and the members of their support team and nice gentlemen and very friendly.

No long history with these folks yet however I must make these observations because fair is fair: I and some others were forced to change hosts due to our host went out of business. I went with Datapacket based on the number of positive reviews from users. The reliability and support have been flawless. I have not had a single issue. Immediate account setup and I had a number of questions that I sent via email and they were answered precisely, accurately, logically and in easy to understand terms in less than 15 minutes every time. So far everything is good...if it changes I will post again but for now I and my 8 customers in the USA are happy. Since the time I switched over to Datapacket I have had no problems at all. Knowing that I can access this level of technical support, I am very pleased to have chosen their hosting service over the competition.

I signed up for Datapacket web host three months ago. So far, everything is working properly. Uptime seems to be 100% and load times are much faster than my previous host. Customer support has been second to none - helpful, patient and thorough support staff. All hosting service encounters problems from time to time, but I'm quite impressed with the resources they put into action to resolve issues quickly.

Many people are trying to expand their businesses on the internet, with that said, you must rent a space in the internet so that you can have your business expansion online. If you are going to ask me, the domain host that you should use is Datapacket. Almost every domain have the same features, designs and purity. The only difference between the domain hosts are their prices. Some are high, some are low. It doesn’t really matter, though. Because the important thing is that like Datapacket, it will be worth every penny.

I've been really happy with DataPacket web host so far. I've had to call support several times and I've always gotten a quick responce back with appropriate answers. Not some computer generated responce like I've gotten from other providers that didn't even come close to helping me. I find the customer support to be higher than any other hosting service that I have used in the past. Recommended.

You are the BEST! My partner and I have worked with several hosting services and none have been even close to as responsive and helpful as DataPacket net. The professionals far exceeded my expectations every time I’ve had glitches with my web site. Given the price I paid for the hosting service, I figured I would get absolute minimum service as compared to the high level of service promised by the host of another web site of mine.

Very professional and advanced dashboard, latest Plesk, impressive support, reasonable price, and very efficient servers. Fortunately, DataPacket server hosting service is terrific, and the whole experience was excellent. The site, even on a dedicated hosting plan, performs noticeably faster than it ever has, so I’ve been pleased. Thumbs up!

I didn't have much time over the weekend to get our site up again, but thankfully I managed to find Datapacket.net dedicated server hosting provider. I made sure the site migration was possible, thanks to their support (I emailed… got a fast response). I like them and highly recommend to others.

Great job, DataPacket.net team, I like this cheap VPS hosting service (from $5/month). The server and network uptime are cool and overall speed connectivity is outstanding and consistent. The customer service is incredible. They get back to you within minutes. I have not experienced any problems. It is really good and professional VPS Web host.

DataPacket.net guys provide an awesome VPS hosting service that is really TOP one to deal with. The price is incredibly reasonable and your new setups are deployed quickly. I feel safe knowing that my server that hosts 50+ websites is simply a VM that is being backed up and can be easily restored.
