Refused to adequately fix internet connections over a period of 11 months during tenancy at a building they covered. Were consistently helpful sounding over the phone but their on site technicians were entirely useless. Thanks for nothing.

I have been using cyberair for almost 2 years now.
It wasn't by choice, but the place I live in had no other internet access but cyberair. Monopoly I guess. I am living in central London, UK.

To be very honest, cyberair's connection is really slow and unstable. It disconnects every now and then and it forces your computer to their 'portal' login page unexpectedly. It makes you lose all your previously saved tabs by switching them all to portal login and you can only attempt to save them by going back to the history of your browser. It is quite frustrating.
The speed of cyberair is slower than a normal 3g phone, I already checked the ping and had a few of my friends that did so to cross reference. This issue was raised to cyberair support team but all they said was "We know, we are sorry but we do not know what is going on as well". Their support team is quite nice, their staff are friendly, but their suggestions to help you usually doesn't work. I mean I am not even a computer major but what they told me, I've already tried and obviously it didn't work, which is why I called support. I spent hours on the phone with them and the result was, I'm sorry I'll raise a ticket to your problem. And there goes an hour of phone minutes. And usually when your cyberair internet cuts off, their support team couldn't be called for some reason. cool. but most of the time they can be reached.
Also, if you walk around the house and your cyberair switches to another cyberair connection point, it doesn't help you automatically connect.
I hope I am not being picky, but I live in the very centre of london, I only ask for internet connection that would keep being connected for more than 30 mins, have a speed faster than my mobile and perhaps not clearing all my saved tabs. is that too much to ask for?
