The person who wrote the customer service is terrible is absolutely correct. I place an order on November 24 ( Black Friday) and still have not received my order and was told by their customer service that I placed the order on December 29. Which I did not do. They need to stop saying orders will ship within 5to 7 business days because that on the majority of my orders has not happened. Create and craft has great products but customer service need to improve. As much as I love their products I will stop buying

Customer service is terrible. After 6 days my first order is still in processing. I emailed them and still no reply. My account was charged for the items within 24 hours. When placing the order all items were in stock. Delivery time 5 to 7 days. My order says it is still processing. After I placed my order I did a search for customer reviews about the US create and craft site. Now I wish I never trusted the site and placed an order.
