I had serious problems with the owner (Mark) of this shop. He might be polite but doesn't like dealing with issues or refunding when the good get lost which is not the customers responsibility.

My first two orders were delivered nicely in 2009.
But at the beginning of 2011 I had to wait 6 month before discovering that I would never receive the pipe I had ordered telling me every week : "next week" "next week" etc.. So I changed my order and even added money on top (like an idiot) to get something else even better (another pipe)
In september 2012 I still had nothing and was down with 376£

Finally I tried to order something else (to be convenient as the owner told me he would rather not get down that path) but it never arrived either so I asked him for a refund which he didn't like... I even offered him to pay in two times which he agreed on but Stil he hasn't nothing about it.

Two month and half later and I'm still waiting for the first half of my money hoping that the all thing was not a scam.

I don't know what to do but I certainly can only recommend people to avoid this shop

Coupestore was not even open in 2009, you ought to be careful you are not hit with legal bills.
