Bad experience although I was a returning customer.

Rented a Toyota Fortuner for 3 weeks but noticed on the 1st day already issues with the clutch. Problem only got worse and I phoned the Bushlore on day 5 when I was in Saint Lucia Wetlands. They diagnosed the problem - remotely - as diesel filter to be replaced and sent me +/- 100 km further to a Toyota dealer in Richards Bay which ... did not exist anymore since years! Bushlore offered no quick solution. I went to a GM-garage where they diagnosed problem as severely damaged clutch, irresponsible to continue to drive the car. Drove back to Saint Lucia and waited for 12 hours for a new car. Lost a full day of vacation: no apologies, no (partial) refund, not even refund of the 1 x 200 km fuel consumption.

Guess what: I am no longer a returning customer.
