They called to just make sure I was the one who ordered from them. The person I talk to was great. When I ordered I made a mistake about the blanks. I ordered 9mm and should have ordered 8mm. Now waiting on my order.

Got scammed out of $174. Bought 2 of their Firat Magnum 92's and they never arrived after waiting nearly 11 months. When I called them and asked for customer support they hung up and blocked my number.

I will never order from you again. I fired the gun less than 100 times. I ordered the bullets from you so u know how many I had and for Sam reed to insinuate that I was lying. Wow. Anyway stay away from this one. Gun failed and stopped ejecting casings. Sam Reed refused to send me a new one even though I bought it less than 2 months ago. Terrible customer service. Terrible product

TOTAL JUNK, spent about $150 on my order, when it arrived the safety was locked into position, never even got to fire it ONCE. Now I’m out over $50 ( 1/3 of my overall order) for a piece of crap. Never buy from this company, they send you junk and it costs the customer money to deal with.

I was shopping for a good blank gun and blank ammo. I found what I needed on their site, BUT, I called them twice with a question and I only got an their Voicemail in the middle of the day.
That really concerned me. I lefts a message twice and no return calls.
I will NOT order from them - seem a little sketchy

I don't believe that I've bought multiple guns from them always arrive with tracking number provided.
