No discount or perks!! Buyers BEWARE.. make sure you check other options before making purchases from Beneplace. My second time using this "discount" site and relaize I have been ripped off. Purchased Chris Rock/ Dave Chappelle concert tickets off the site, the tickets were emailed to me from some unknown person. I paid $121 plus $18 service fee when i transferred the tickets over to my ticketmaster account, i was able to see he face value of the particular tickets was $76.50 plus $18 service charge. Apparently this "discount" site upcharge people. I would not recommend. Would give 0 rating if I could!

Buyer beware. I booked a hotel. I cancelled a night of stay with permission from the hotel. Beneplace refuses to refund the money by claiming that "After several attempts to contact the hotel, we were not able to obtain a penalty waiver". I received this *exact* text twice from Beneplace. This is suspicious, because I readily called the hotel directly and spoke with their management. This implies that Beneplace did not make sufficient attempts (or did not attempt). Once Beneplace has your money, there is very little incentive for them to work to give it back to you.
