OMG..just experienced quite a holiday dilemma when my son, being thoughtful and generous, managed to drop off all of his gifts prior to his actual arrival for the family party, and I had foolishly scheduled a BBSLI pick up for same day.. I'm sure you can figure out the rest of the story! My son was naturally pretty upset, as he is a very caring guy..We called BBSLIand left messages, but to no avail, as the center had already closed for the day..Well, first thing Monday morning, BBSLI calls us and asks what we were missing etc...and then manages to locate the items (From a HUGE warehouse filled with hundreds of bags of donations) and then called to let us know that the items were safe and sound..husband just picked up the gifts from BBSLI. We could not be more grateful to this organization. This was the best Xmas/hannukah gift EVER..thank you, BBSLI , from the bottom of our hearts!!!!!
