I cured my fibromyalgia and depression by learning to use my body better, focusing on the 5 main muscles of movement. Working from Base-Line (pelvic floor Base rectus abdominis Line), feeling how to move to release the physical restrictions that were the source of all my pains and weird sensations. Slowly working towards a body more balanced and aligned. Improving my posture. It's taken a long time but now I feel better than I ever have before.
