Let me give you some advice; don't waste your time trying to contact someone by phone, it will only have you going in circles. How, during business hours is no one available to take your call and leave a message. You won't receive a return call.
Suggestion, maybe you should hire some customer service reps to handle calls??

When I applied on line with Arizona Unemployment Insurance, I was unaware that this website. AZUI needs to clarify to the user, that the registration to azjobconnection.gov is a requirement to be eligible for unemployment insurance.
At the start of the registration to your website, prior to providing entry information, it would be greatly appreciated if a time frame is given and/or the information that is required of the user to provide.
