dont ever never try to rent a car from this company (the airport aytucar), very very very bad service, very rude people, they gave me a car with 0 fuel, 5 minutes after the exit from the airport the car's fuel ran out and got stuck in the middle of the road for one and a half hour, Until an employee of the company came to me. on the next day i got a report from police because their vehicle license was expired, and didn't pass the annual test of the turkish DMV. on the last day I was late for the flight because of a road closure, i called the company and told them i'm late to my flight and i will arrive only one hour before, i asked them to come on time to take the car from the airport because i will lose my flight if i late more, i reached the airport one hour before my flight and there was nobody to take the car, tried to call the company for 15 minutes with no answer from the company, it took them 20 minutes more to arrive, their employee shouted on me and almost was attacking me. i left the car and went to the terminal, i almost lost my flight, luckily I did online check in for the flight and i was without luggages, i got to my flight on the final call.
