The WORST shipping experience I have ever seen. I used them after booking them through Tropical Auto Carriers. They are unreliable, were not on time, did not offer any updates, and put a hole in the hood of my 2007 Aston Martin when they were loading it on to their auto carrier. They have promised to pay the damage for the last month, then turned around and wanted to offer less than the estimate I received from the certified repair Aston Martin repair dealer here in Charlotte. I have had to get their insurance information from Tropical Auto Carriers so I can file a claim of their damage. They picked the car up 5 days late, never informed me, then it showed up 4 days after promised deliver date. They have not responded to calls or emails.
